Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship exclusively within the United States. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): FREE on orders over $50 · $4.99 on orders under $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (next business day): $24.99
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
GoldenRoot Natural is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and around your property, then contact your local post office or carrier. If the issue is not resolved within 3 business days, please contact us at support@goldrootnatural.com.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
P.O. Boxes
We accept shipments to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
